Peter -
I picked up a lazy jack kit from Nautos - their small size. But it really only contains 180" of line, two cheek blocks, four small blocks and some small eye straps. Probably cheaper to source from a place like Defender.
The only modification I made was to get 50' of Paracord (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081VVNLC9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) and use that for the first leg aft of the mast. This lets me pull the lazy jack down and forward to hook them under a cleat. This "stores" the system running along the boom and mast. I sail with them "stored" and leave them stored at the mooring. Simply unhook from the cleat to deploy them.
The only downside is that the paracord isn't strong enough to act as a topping lift, but I have ideas on how to deal with that. Next years project
