bench slat width

Hi everyone,


I need to replace a bench slat on my 1964 Pearson Ensign (hull #841). I'm not near the boat right now so I can't measure but I believe the slats are 3/4" thick and 8' long. What is the width? Mine are mahogany. if that helps.

The ECA website Library has a file named Original Design Sketches. Page 57 of that file, also identified as sheet #54 appears to show that the seat slats are 7/8 inch thick.

No one from the Nationals committee has contacted me with the results. I try to see what I can find.

I checked Yacht Score and nothing. I thought they were using them

I just checked the Edgewater Yacht Coub site. No results. I also checked their Instagram account.  Nada.   They might be on Facebook, but I do not have a FB account.

I have heard that the Austin team got a fifth overall and that we are proud of them, but I can only verify the second of those.
