I heard at Nationals that some folks using the Bartels furler are experiencing wear on the guide sheaves. I am going to Germany and I am happy to bring some spares back for fellow sailors. The pair goes for about $10 + tax/shipment and is now made from aluminum for better performance.

If interested, please make sure that you have the FE-I furler model.

Thanks for the offer Tobias. I am new to the Bartels furler this season and have not had any issues, but if it’s only a matter of time to start seeing wear on the sheaves, I would like to be proactive and get a replacement set for the future. How can I get payment to you?
