Boat Description: Nicely kept boat built in 1962. Stored indoors during fall/winter/spring. Cockpit wood (mahogany) is in good condition (only a few minor scratches). Teak floorboards are in great shape. Really nice tiller was new in 2018. The louvered doors (mahogany) need a refinish. All running rigging returns to cockpit with jam cleats for single handed sailing. Could use a fresh coat of bottom paint (although in fresh water, it's really not necessary). Lots of extras with this boat including a jin pole with lines & blocks to easily step the mast.
Motor Description: Evinrude 4/5HP, 2-stroke, long shaft. It's an old one (1970's era) but reliable and starts easy. Could also include a Mercury 4HP, 4-stroke that does not currently run.
Sails Description: Mainsail (North Sails) in good shape. Furling genoa new in 2018 (Doyle). Symmetrical spinnaker is in great shape. Full set of hank-on jib/genoa sails with sheets, all in good shape.
Trailer Description: Standard single-axle heavy-duty trailer with 2" ball.
